I’m so excited to be starting my first blog, it is something that I have always wanted to do, but never got round to it… but now I have and here it is!
With this new blog, I would like to share with you my journey living with PMS (a condition I have had for most of my adult life) and the methods I have used to dramatically reduce it from my life.
The big monster that appears once a month, pushes you into a dark cupboard for around two weeks, only letting you free once it has had enough excitement causing all sorts of emotional turmoil!
So how can you eliminate it? First learn to be aware of your symptoms, notice their arrival and departure, this will then allow you to develop control of the condition
