My name is Chrissie and I used to suffer from PMS with regular symptoms such as irritability, mild depression, mood swings and low energy.
But over the last 6 years I have studied Mindfulness, Self Compassion, Meditation and other mind-body techniques that have consequently caused a dramatic affect on my PMS, reducing it’s severity by around 90%.
My personal mission is to reduce my symptoms 100% with no use of medication and I believe this is possible due to the results I have seen so far!
But a bigger ambition of mine is to share the knowledge I have gained, so that I can help as many people as possible to reduce their PMS symptoms resulting in a Happy Month, every month…… which is why I have started this blog!
